Use a Viton™ coating / Viton™ aerosol spray paint to coat metal ducting surfaces exposed to corrosive vapors, liquids and gas, to prevent the metal from rusting and wearing away over time.
Use Viton™ caulk to create an airtight seal at the connections between ducts to keep corrosive fluids, vapors, and gases from getting out of the duct and corroding other areas.
Ducting is used to convey air and process fumes away from production areas, personnel, and equipment. Liquid Viton™ coatings protect metal ducting surfaces that are typically made from weak metal, ill-equipped to handle corrosive chemicals. Bolts, rivets and other metal fasteners are also places where our liquid Viton™ caulk can be used to prolong service life and prevent corrosion in ducting environments.

Chlorinated Solvents: Tetrachloroethane (C2H2Cl4), tetratchloroethylene (perchloroethylene) (C2Cl4), tetrachloromethane (carbon tetrachloride) (CCl4), trichloromethane (chloroform) (CHCl3)
