Application Data

Pot Life. Once mixed, our adhesives/coatings have a useful life of approximately 8 hours at 75o F (24o C)

Application Methods. Common methods include application by brushing, dipping, rolling or spraying.

Substrate Preparation. A clean dry surface is essential for maximum adhesion. Gritblasting or degreasing with oil-free solvents is recommended.

Successive Coats. Products adhere well to themselves. Allow products to dry before applying additional coats. Drying time will be approximately 5 minutes, depending on coating thickness, temperature and humidity.

Curing. Products will cure in approximately 24 hours when exposed to ambient temperatures. Faster cures are possible by slowly heating dried coatings.

Shelf Life. 12 months from Date of Manufacture for unaccelerated base material.

Clean Up. MEK, MIBK and Acetone can be used.
