Pelseal®2012: Two-part, black sealant/caulk. Highly viscous material suitable for vertical and overhead applications.

Pelseal®2077: One-part black sealant/caulk. Viscous but self-levelling material supplied in resealable caulking cartridges. Suitable for horizontal applications.

Pelseal®2112: Two-part, black sealant/caulk. Viscous but self-levelling material suitable for horizontal applications.

Pelseal®3114: Two-part, white sealant/caulk. Viscous but self-levelling material suitable for horizontal applications.

OTHER: Custom formulated liquid fluoroelastomer sealants/caulks designed to meet your specific application.

ACCELERATOR #4: Curing agent which is added to the sealants/caulks prior to application.

Packaging

Products are sold in quart and gallon containers. Pelseal®2077 is available in 11-ounce and 20-ounce caulking cartridges. Samples are available upon request

Application Data

Pot Life. Once mixed, our sealants/caulks have a useful life of approximately 4 hours at 75o F (24o C).

Application Methods. Common methods include trowelling by hand, extruding from caulk cartridge or hand-filled bulk gun.

Substrate Preparation. A clean dry surface is essential for maximum adhesion.

Successive Coats. Products adhere well to themselves. Allow for solvent evaporation prior to making multiple coats, or blisters may result.

Shelf Life. 12 months from Date of Manufacture for unaccelerated base material.

Clean Up. MEK, MIBK and Acetone can be used.
